The fact that we have our own fishing boat allows us to work knowing the quality of each dish right from its origins, the daily catch of fish & shellfish which we then serve in our restaurants.

This is one of the aspects which best characterises the philosophy of the Café Balear, and one which, with the passing of the years, has become the main symbol of our identity to our customers.
